Irina Anyukhina contributed the Russian part in international guide ”Job Preservation & Restructuring”

The guide “Job Preservation & Restructuring” was released in September 2020. The publication was created to help the companies in understanding the legislation changes in workforce management in different jurisdiction due to the COVID-19. The Pinsent Masons jointly with the law firms from 32 countries prepared this guide. ALRUD law firm represented Russia.

Irina Anyukhina, ALRUD Law Firm partner, Head of Labour and Employment practice, described the key available options for job preservation and shared some alternatives on the path to the new normality of labor and employment relations. Irina also touched on the main challenges which the companies can face when returning the employees back to offices and sites.
