ALRUD Partner Sergey Petrachkov takes part in the ICC discussion "Leading Arbitration Cases 2020: Differences in Approaches"

ALRUD Partner Sergey Petrachkov will take part in the international online discussion 'Leading Arbitration Cases 2020: Different Perspective' to be held jointly by ICC Russia and ICC UK on 17 February 2021. During the discussion, the most interesting and significant arbitration cases of 2020 will be analysed. Sergei's session will focus on the issues surrounding arbitrability of insolvency disputes in Russia and UK, as well as “Riverrock Securities v. Bank S-Petersburg' case.
