ALRUD Partner Andrey Zharskiy spoke at the annual conference IPBA

From June 15 to 19, 2021 the annual IPBA Virtual Conference was held by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. Traditionally, the conference brought together specialists from all over the world to discuss trends in the legal industry. The conference program included presentations, case reviews, and discussions that covered a wide range of issues in this area.

Andrey Zharskiy, ALRUD Partner heading Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure and Real Estate Practices, spoke at the Session “Strategies in Developing Projects in the Oil & Gas Industry” on the topic: “Upstream Oil & Gas projects in Russia: structuring and key issues”. This session offers an insight into the key legal issues related to structuring and development of projects in the oil & gas industry, an understanding on driving forces, risks, goals and objectives in such projects. Representatives of law firms from Australia, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand and UK also took part in the discussion.
