ALRUD advised Olam International on the establishment of a joint venture with Rusmolco and the acquisition of a grain terminal in Azov

ALRUD experts advised Olam International, a global leader in the agricultural industry, on entering the Russian market and strengthening its position, specifically on setting up a joint venture with RUSMOLCO to develop dairy farming and crop production in the Penza Region, and also advised Olam International on the acquisition of a grain terminal in Azov to support grain exports.
