Anton Dzhuplin and Anna Grosheva spoke at an Annual Meeting of ABA Business Law Section

On 17 September 2022 Anton Dzhuplin, Partner of Corporate and M&A Practice, and Anna Grosheva, Associate of Corporate and M&A Practice, spoke at an Annual Meeting of ABA Business Law Section.

The meeting was attended by leading law firms, and the M&A and JV committee meeting covered several thematic panels being of interest to international M&A and JV professionals. Anton and Anna delivered a presentation on the current challenges for international businesses continuing to operate in Russia, as well as the existing strategies for suspension and termination of operations in the Russian market.
