Margarita Egiazarova spoke at the XV Annual Migration Conference

On 7 December 2022, the 15th Annual Conference of the AEB Migration Committee took place, where Margarita Egiazarova, PhD, Senior Associate of ALRUD Labour Practice, gave a speech on “Challenges of relocation of HQS considering the need to maintain their labour relations”.

Margarita spoke on labour and migration risks faced by companies whose foreign experts moved abroad. The expert shared her views on the legality of remote work outside of Russia, the nuances of concluding civil law contracts with foreigners, the conditions of maintaining their migration status, and touched upon related tax issues.
