German Zakharov spoke at the event “Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures”, organized by AEB

On February 14th, the event “Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures. Presidential and Government approvals. Regulatory and practical developments” organized by Association of European Businesses was held.

German Zakharov, ALRUD Partner, participated in the event as a speaker and spoke on the topic “Government subcommission: new approaches. Practical advice.”

Experts focused on new approaches and practical aspects of Government approvals, as well as payments under the approval procedure (including dividend payments) and legal developments to the law on foreign investment. The presentations were followed by a Q&A session where the experts answered the participants’ questions.

This AEB’s event aims to inform member firms on the current sanctions and countermeasures, as the sanctions affect most of the business in Russia.
