ALRUD specialists advised Magna International, one of the largest international manufacturers of auto parts, on the sale of its subsidiaries in the largest auto clusters in Russia (Saint-Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaluga and Naberezhnye Chelny).
ALRUD team provided comprehensive support in transaction documents approval as well as in transaction completion organization.
