Andrey Zharskiy spoke at the Pravo.ru conference “Real Estate and Construction Market in 2024: Legal Exposure”
On 21 March 2024 the conference “Real Estate and Construction Market in 2024: Legal Exposure” covering practical issues in urban planning sector was held by Pravo.ru.
Andrey Zharskiy, ALRUD Partner, spoke at the 1st session: “Public-talk. Building bridges. Topical issues in implementation of integrated territorial development”, at which he discussed the forms of integrated territory development agreements.
At the conference experts considered topical issues in integrated territorial development and ways to solve them, discussed non-obvious tax and criminal risks, in particular related to violation of a state defense order, as well as shared current court practice with the state authorities, and told how some legislative paradoxes are solved when obtaining a construction permit.
