ALRUD team advised Kraft Heinz on the sale of its baby food business

ALRUD law firm represented the interests of Kraft Heinz in the sale of its two affiliated companies in Russia – baby food manufacturers producing more than 30 000 tons of dry and thin cereal per year.

Chernogolovka was the buyer.

ALRUD team provided full legal support of the transaction and advised on the transaction approval procedure in Russia.
