Margarita Egiazarova Speaks at AIJA International Labour Law Conference in Istanbul

Margarita Egiazarova, PhD in Law and Partner in ALRUD's Labour Law Practice, participated in the international Crossing Bridges: Annual Labour Law Conference // Corporate and M&A Commission Seminar held in Istanbul, Turkey. During the event, Margarita spoke as a panelist in the session “****Restrictive Covenants Further Restricted****”, which focused on the latest issues surrounding the use of restrictive covenants in employment relationships.

The session was moderated by ****Nan Sato**** (Fisher Phillips, USA), and Margarita was joined by esteemed co-speakers ****Ard Wallast**** (Rivian, The Netherlands) and ****Clodagh Hogan**** (Kingsley Napley LLP, UK), both leading experts in labour law. In her speech, Margarita shared insights from the Russian regulatory framework on restrictive covenants and discussed emerging international trends in this area.
