On December 4, 2024, ALRUD hosted its winter session of the HR Club, dedicated to the topic ****“From Indexation to Long-Term Incentive Programs: Key Challenges and Trends”****.
The discussion featured ALRUD experts: Margarita Egiazarova, Partner of the Labor Law Practice, PhD in Law, Olga Pimanova, Counsel of the Labor Law Practice, Elena Novikova, Counsel of the Tax Practice, and Ekaterina Bronitsyna, Senior Associate of the Labor Law Practice.

The speakers conducted a survey among participants to identify which compensation programs are most commonly used in companies and shared practical recommendations for designing and adapting new schemes. They also explained when a CEO can lawfully award themselves a bonus and when such actions would be deemed inappropriate. Additionally, the session delved into the recent changes to overtime pay regulations, effective from September 1, 2024.
ALRUD HR Clubs are held in an open discussion format, fostering the exchange of experiences, the analysis of real-life cases, and the joint development of practical solutions. This collaborative approach between legal experts and industry professionals makes each meeting a valuable platform for sharing knowledge and best practices.
