On 7 November AEB IT & Telecom Committee, Compliance & Ethics Committee and Labour Law Sub-Committee held an open event “Personal data 2024: in search of balance”.
Maria Ostashenko, AEB IT-Telecom Committee Chairperson, ALRUD Partner, co-chaired the conference. Anastasia Petrova, Of Counsel of ALRUD Data Protection and Cybersecurity Practice, spoke on “Recent trends in the risk-based approach: grounds for processing, which are alternative to consent, contractual regulation of PDn processing and liability issues”.
