On November 19, ALRUD’s office hosted the workshop ****"Innovations of 2024 for Private clients in reflecting the art of the Wanderers"****, during which experts discussed changes in legislation related to private clients.
The workshop covered the following issues:
Changes in payment of personal income tax from 2025;
Taxation of transactions involving the sale of shares and stocks in the light of tax reform;
Specifics of calculating and paying tax on actual and fixed CFC profits;
Financing options for foreign companies;
Why and how a personal fund is established;
How to protect assets in the context of a prenuptial agreement, a personal fund and a closed-end mutual fund;
Risks that should be considered by the bankrupt's family;
Cases from the Private clients practice related to cross-border inheritance cases.

This time, the inspiration for the concept of the event was the philosophy of the Association of Wanderers, which arose as a response to the desire of artists to escape from academic norms and became the avant-garde of the new art.
