Oleg Ezhov is a Counsel in the Corporate / M&A, as well as an expert in the field of energy, natural resources and infrastructure.
Oleg specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private capital, banks and finance. He has many years of experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions under Russian and foreign law.
Oleg graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO University) and the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), and earned a Master's Degree in Law. Oleg interned at the London office of an international law firm that is part of the Silver Circle; he speaks English, Dutch and German.
