Arsen specializes in different procedures for the registration of legal entities and has experience advising Russian and foreign clients on different matters in such areas as establishing subsidiaries and joint ventures in Russia, the accreditation of branches and representative offices of foreign companies, the restructuring and reorganization of companies, transactions for the sale and purchase of shares in limited liability companies as well as general corporate governance issues.
Arsen graduated from the International Law Faculty of Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO University). He speaks English and French.
