Recent work

Anna Ryzhikova is an Advocate, Senior Associate of the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency practices at ALRUD Law Firm.

Anna has extensive experience of representing the clients’ interests in state commercial courts, courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration tribunals (in particular, in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (the ICAC at the RF CCI)) in various types of disputes, including commercial disputes (in particular, disputes on recovery of damages), customs disputes, disputes regarding real estate and construction, corporate disputes, insolvency (bankruptcy) cases.

Anna joined ALRUD in 2019.

Anna graduated the bachelor’s program of Lomonosov Moscow State University law faculty with honors and received a master’s degree in the National Research University – Higher School of Economics.

Anna is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

in a dispute concerning a lease agreement in respect of one of the largest land plots of Moscow valued over USD 397 million.

in the dispute for brining to subsidiary liability within the bankruptcy proceedings in respect of the participant in the program “Ural Gazprom”. The case was broadly covered in media due to the complexity of the dispute and the large amount of claim.

in several corporate disputes aimed at preventing dilution of the clients’ shares in a large Russian entity.

A foreign private jets’ owner company

in a series of disputes with the customs regarding foreclosure on a private jet in relation to failure to pay the customs duties in amount of approximately USD 5 million.

The leader of the Russian biotechnology and crop protection market

in a dispute resulting from the customs authorities assigning a new foreign economic activity code that allowed them to impose large antidumping duties on the goods imported by the client.

in a dispute on claiming debt for works and on quality of such works with regard to a large-scale interregional project aimed to increase energy use efficiency.
