Denis Bekker is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency, Competition and Antitrust, White Collar-Crime, Compliance and Investigations Practices at ALRUD Law Firm, Advocate.

Denis has experience in representing clients in commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, involving disputes in various areas. These include commercial disputes (including disputes about damages), real estate disputes, antitrust disputes, customs disputes, corporate disputes, disputes related to international commercial arbitration and application of foreign law. Denis also has experience in representing clients in arbitration, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC at the RF CCI), the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), etc.

Denis has also participated in numerous complex bankruptcy cases, including representing interests of clients, with an inclusion of claims in the register of creditors, disputing transactions, bringing to subsidiary liability, prevention of controlled bankruptcy.

Denis has worked in supporting complex projects, including, in addition to litigation, interaction with governmental authorities, criminal and other investigations and settlement negotiations. Denis joined ALRUD in 2015.

Denis graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Law. Denis successfully received a Master's Degree in Private Law.

Denis is a member of the International Bar Association.
