ALRUD is one of the first law firms in Russia to implement a partnership model whereby Partners not only manage the business but also serve as co-owners. This approach allows our Partners to grow as consultants and build their careers as top managers and entrepreneurs.

Since 2007, the partnership system at ALRUD has served as the foundation for achieving the firm's strategic goals and increasing our value for clients. The appointment of each new Partner is evaluated with these priorities in mind to ensure it contributes to the further development of the firm and the strengthening of the team. Our partnership development program involves immersing employees deeply in the day-to-day business of the individual practices and of the firm as a whole.

ALRUD's partnership institute has evolved into an effective mechanism for career growth and motivating employees to achieve new heights. The system eliminates internal competition between partners and practitioners, ensures stability, and creates opportunities for clients to interact directly with the firm's co-owners.
